A Very Victorian Establishment

The Victorian economic miracle led to a fashion for rich, bright colours and tons of decoration everywhere.

This isn't a truly Victorian design, as a Web site in that style would look insanely cluttered to modern eyes (though we wouldn't mind being asked for one!)

Social reforms begun during Victoria's reign included our sewage system, schools for the poor - and public libraries.
